Ocho Ríos is popular among vacationers in recent years as the north coast highway under construction from PIHL has been improved from the international airport at Montego Bay to Ocho Ríos. An hour and forty five minute drive takes you to the airport. Amazingly Ocho Rios is one of the safest areas for tourists and locals in Jamaica.
